Poza is a founding member of the Family Firm Institute in 1986, a not-for-profit organization that is generally recognized as the premier body for advising and research in the family business and family wealth fields. In 1996, he earned the institute’s prestigious Richard Beckhard Practice Award, presented in recognition of outstanding contributions to the field of family business practice.
